This series is growing on me although at first I pledged to drop it. I didn't like the overly aggressive behaviors of the female leads, especially the domestic violence. I don't know why some writers think it's okay if the woman is doing it. However, it's growing on me and I can't look away. If somebody asked me why I keep watching I don't think I could explain it to them. π Both male and female characters are flawed, but interesting.
I got a headache minutes after watching ep 35. It is too heart-wrenching. Both grandparents were jailed. Bonghee…
I agree... it was this episode that made me done with her. She just drove off knowing her son was being beaten. The jail scenes were also difficult to watch.
You are right about the abusive and aggressive nature of Seyeong. To think I was trying to defend Seyeong in the…
You are still right about her being manipulated by her mom though. If that greedy murderer did not raise her maybe she would be different. But as an adult, she's also abusive and crazy.
I know we are over halfway through, but I'm forcing myself to watch now. Commenters here are great, but I can't watch anymore. I'll see many of you in the other series.
Every time Ha Na calls the chairwoman "mom," I cringe. Se Yeong is as abusive as her mom. Who kicks a child off the bed even if they surprise you? Then she stomps on his toy before returning it. If she was allowed to physically abuse and belittle him she would. Meanwhile, Cruella is trying to figure out how to harm Ha Na. Those two better not get a redemption ark at the end. Also, Se Yeong wants Jin Gu to side with her even when she's being abusive. I can't wait for them to break up.
The only show I've seen that showed what really happens when someone wakes up from a coma is the movie Kill Bill.…
I thought about the same thing about the mom and chairman. At least they left it ambiguous. I was sad the grandparents went to jail too. In their 90s . . . that's wild. I'm not sure which drama is next. Oh and Desperate is typical. . . it's getting better than at first, but it's not as good as Cinderella Game.
I watched the raw episode 36.It is a sweet ending but also a very rushed ending. I felt like I was shortchanged…
The only show I've seen that showed what really happens when someone wakes up from a coma is the movie Kill Bill. I don't know if you've seen it because it was super violent. Anyway, I agree with you, it was rushed but good.
Maybe it's because I'm biased toward shows with intelligent and fierce leads (and it helps when the ML is hot, LOL), but I'm loving this! I'm an episode behind because I didn't purchase express, but it seems like others either love or hate this series.

The first part was excellent, and I want to watch the next part soon.

She was a greedy and selfish person.
