Gang Hui is too prickly. I understand that she experienced childhood trauma, but her explanation for the reason she avoids her friends is weak. She's not a very likable character, but I still like this show. I can't wait to see her change.
Yeah, Myeong Ji is a crap mother, but I still don't feel sorry for Se Yeong simply by the fact that she took comfort…
I respect your thoughts as well my friend and enjoy reading them. You make excellent points, and I agree. I just can't bring myself to feel sorry for her character because I think she would watch it happen and do nothing if her mom pushed Ha Na down a hill. But, overall, you are right about everything, and I also believe she would have turned out differently if her mom wasn't gaslighting and corrupting her as you said.
For the first time, I felt sorry for Seyeong to have Myeongji as her mum. She has gaslighted Seyeong ever since…
Yeah, Myeong Ji is a crap mother, but I still don't feel sorry for Se Yeong simply by the fact that she took comfort when her mother told her she would kill her and never let her have anything. Se Yeong thinks Ha Na is her real cousin, and she doesn't feel any remorse but is only worried about losing her place in the family. She is a selfish cow.
Ji Myeong is also thinking Hana is a willing participant in being a fake daughter, like Grandpa thought. I wonder…
I wouldn't put anything past her. I'm still upset that the chairwoman isn't revealing to Ha Na just how much danger she is facing. It's wrong that she has no ideal she is being a shield.
I loved it when Ha Na splashed water on Se Yeong's face and I'm glad they are giving her the spunk to fight back. Also, Ha Na will never be down for becoming a corporate raider.
The FL and her family are all a little stupid. ๐ I don't mean that cruelly, but they don't think things through. How is working for your ex's mistress less awkward than with the ex of the mistress? Any person with common sense would have said, yes to the opportunity to show off their skills vs being bullied by the woman who stole their man. That's why she got locked in the room and had her phone taken away. Meanwhile, the oldest sister is working as the retailer's assistant for free. Making calls and manning the office while he's out. Then there is the youngest who worked in the kitchen and would have probably owed more money than she earned. They are not very good problem solvers. Oh, add being locked in a closet with no light and cell phone . . . then falling on your head to the bingo card. ๐
I thought it was just perfect to have the princess face the consequences of her own evil scheme. Getting thrown off and kicked in the stomach by her horse is what she deserved.
Also, Ha Na will never be down for becoming a corporate raider.
