Zhou Yi Ran is such a treat. I knew I could trust his and the production team’s decision in choosing this drama ❤️ This one just gets better with every episode. I love the cinematography 🔥 Also, what an excellent actor 👏❤️ And his handsome face is truly a blessing 🫠❤️

Definitely I go for the versions with more content and scenes. The original version has less, especially in season 2. The two special versions are totally worth watching. You might also like to read reviews by user mikimika101, who explains some of the differences really well.

Ep2 😮‍💨!!! Why do so many Taiwanese dramas have almost non-consensual scenes? 🙄 I was happy Season 1 was sweet, but of course they saved it for later…
I mean, the ML does give consent in the end, but… ugh whatever...

I recommend watching the deleted scene at the end of Ep4 it explains Ashley (the blond woman) well.

We Best Love series short but beautifully done with great acting and chemistry ❤️

Highly recommend the Special Editions over the original.

Season 1 was my favorite (loved the uni setting), though I enjoyed the work setting too.
The Season 2 misunderstanding was a bit annoying and unjustified, but overall a great watch! 😊👏

This series has two seasons. I followed the watch order recommended by the user mikimika101 in their review.

Recommended order:
✔ Special Edition S1 → Special Edition S2 (skipping the normal version is okay)
✔ Normal Ver. S1 → Normal Ver. S2 → Special Edition S1 → Special Edition S2

I went with the first option and will watch both Special Editions. I’ll be skipping the Normal version.

I think they only added the last scene to justify the time skip… and honestly, don’t you just love the classic “get mad for no reason” plot? Dude, ask first and then get mad 😂 The miscommunication was so unnecessary 🤣🙄
Still, it was a good drama overall just not a keen for that last scene in America.
We’ll see how they resolve it in season two 😅

Such an engaging drama, just under three hours, yet the story flows smoothly. I loved how realistic the university setting felt (other Uni dramas sometimes look more like high school 😅). The leads are good actors and had great chemistry.❤️
I’ll definitely watch season two, though I’m a bit sad it moves from university life to work. Hope it’s just as good!

I just checked, you’re right 😭 The second part of ep 4 and the first part of ep 5 are gone. It’s sad when a good drama doesn’t get picked up by official streaming platforms

But episodes 6 & 7 look good to me so far. Let’s see how the rest of the drama goes.

The director previously worked on The Double and Moonlit Reunion, and he’s really good. The editing team could’ve done better though 😬

It’s actually pretty good so far😍. It kinda reminds me of how confusing the first 6 episodes of Love of the Divine Tree were lol. This drama feels similar in that way, but I guess a lot of dramas deal with multiple generations (or rebirth, in LOTDT’s case) are just confusing at first.
I’ll just wait for more episodes I’m feeling hopeful 😍 And wow, the cast is such eye candy Love 😆❤️
