A romcom with some potential

My review is going to be quite short, but I’d like to highlight what I liked, disliked and my own opinion about the things that could be better in Perfect10 Liners.

The first part: ArcArm

This part was quite expected: ForceBook as a cool guy and a nice interesting guy in a romantic comedy. What I liked: some humorous moments, connection between the main characters and their groups of friends.
What I disliked: the situation typical for P’New’s works when the “top” guy wants to have some intimate relationships but the “bottom” guy is not ready/interested/is afraid or something like that. Everything can happen in real life but here this thing looked strange for me.
What could be better: honestly, I would like to see more awkward but natural situations, more warm silence between the characters and more natural physical touch, I mean non-sexual touch, but something that shows us people in love and very comfortable with each other.

The second part: YothaGun

For me it was the most controversial but not because of “non-consensual” touches etc. Yotha asked Gun every time he tried something, the problem was Santa’s character was neurodivergent or something we don’t know but his reactions were not always clear. I think here we should ask the screenwriters.
What I liked: Perth. He tried to make his character alive, to analyze the script from the point of non-verbal behavior. I really enjoyed how he made such a strange character natural, quite logical and how we can relate him to someone from the real life. I like his acting in many projects and I think I can watch everything he acts in.
What could be better: in general the atmosphere was too much… a romcom one. It could be a little darker and more intense, with some explanation of Gun’s behavior etc.

The third part: FaifaWine

Unfortunately this part was the weakest for me. I like Mark but in this plot his character was too boring and Faifa acted by bright and super-energetic Junior looked hyper emotional even for a dramedy they acted.
What I liked: Wine’s supportive and funny friends. Also I liked the tryings to show some family relationships in Faifa and Yotha’s family.
What could be better: I really don’t know… maybe some line with P’Tor.

Who was my favorite character besides Yotha… I think P’Tawan. I love Tay and his character deeply.
I can’t say much about AouBoom, because their characters were pretty illogical but quite passionate.
In general, I can’t say I’ll rewatch Perfect10 Liners.
