agree! Totally feel the same. Thai BL was the beginning, but over time it became repetitive, with weak storylines, relying entirely on the popularity of the couples. Chinese BL, even with restrictions and limited budgets, knows how to deliver strong stories, fully built worlds, and real quality. They don’t just sell chemistry between actors—they give us a complete, well-crafted production. Honestly, ever since China stepped into the BL industry, they’ve raised the bar so high that other countries can’t keep up.
Taiwanese: maybe one good series every year. Korean: sometimes good stories, but it always feels like the actors are acting just for fame, and once they become famous, they might deny ever doing BL. Japanese: most stories are repetitive. Thai: maybe 1% is actually good.
Chinese BLs have always evoked emotions which no other country's BLs have ever produced.. They r just too good❤️❤️❤️
