could someone tell me what the differences are between the drama and the webtoon? I'm curious ^^
I’ve read the webtoon, and it’s still ongoing, but here are some changes I remember.
First of all, the FL doesn’t have a sister in the webtoon. She has three older brothers and is the youngest and only daughter. That’s also why she doesn’t tell her parents about turning into a man, as she believes they’d be heartbroken if they found out their only daughter became a man. She lives alone, and even though she has her bestie Yuri to go to for advice, she still feels pretty lonely.
There weren’t many details or flashbacks about Yunjae and Jieun dating when FL was still in her woman form. Yuri does have a crush on Jieun, but it’s not really explored much in the webtoon, so that subplot is just kind of an extra scene in the drama version. Also, FL’s sister is like an added character. I’m not sure about Yeongseok and the café owner; maybe they’re added too, or maybe they just haven’t appeared yet in the English translation.
In the Korean translation of the webtoon, the parents know about the transformation, and it’s said to run on the mom’s side. But they didn’t warn her beforehand, and they found out about Fl's transformation to a man much later, unlike the drama where they actually bothered to tell the Fl about it and also reassured her by telling her that she would eventually turn back at the end. So in the webtoon, Fl solely relies on her fate to turn back.
Kang Minju hasn't appeared in the English translation of the webtoon, so I'm not sure if she is a character in the webtoon or not.
Min Ju is getting on my last nerve. absolutely infuriating. Min Hyeok kissing drunk Yu Ri was basically a*sult.…
I'm not trying to hate on anyone, or trying to defend anyone, but the kiss between Yuri and Jihoon at her fansign was also forced. Jihoon was uncomfortable and didn't want to kiss Yuri, but Yuri forced the kiss anyway so that the crowd would calm down and then complained that Jihoon didn't lose anything since she had already kissed Yunjae before and was mad because her kiss with Jihoon was her first kiss. I can’t even be mad at what she did, because the whole situation only happened because of that girl, Min-ah.
You are right. Many people are definitely enjoying it. Also, those few comments wouldn't change the fact that the actress is talented, so it's best to ignore them.
in this serie they showed us the ml is weak awwww SHUTUP yes yuri is far better then jihoon boyfriend she mentioned…
I made a comment after watching last week's episode that I like the friend Yuri, but I'm not rooting for her at all because it's obvious that she is crushing on the male version, Jihoon. Now after watching today's episode, especially after that scene, I take it back.
Actually, I also saw a few comments saying that they ship Yunjae with Jihoon (guy form) together and were saying they are mad whenever Jieun (female form) comes up to the screen. They also said stuff like they wish that by the end, Jihoon stays a guy. I reported them, of course, but there could be more comments like this somewhere below.
Sorry if I came off as rude. I just don't want a good website like this to be taken down. You see, if I had the money, I would gladly pay to watch the series on the official streaming platform to support the actors and the directors for the hard work they put into it. Unfortunately I'm broke, so I have no choice but to watch the series on websites like this. Recently a few good websites like this one were taken down because they stream shows illegally that are licensed by Netflix or Disney+.
In the last 5 minutes of the ending scene, Gang Ok says, "But Mr. Park. The type of evidence we had on Kim Sam Du wouldn't take down our chairman, right? Once again the chairman will get away with it, right?" he says with hatred, turning his head to Secretary Park, to which Mr. Park, his secretary, replies, "I'm sure you will have a better chance next time."
If I'm remembering correctly, the chairman in question is Seok Seungcheol (just a guess). The man with whom Eum Jaehyub was eating dinner and who said he will put in a good word for him with the VIP or something like that before an employee came in to say that Vigilante and Samdu's men are in a fight and Choi Miryeo is live streaming.
I don't know if anybody noticed it, but the first time Gang Ok came to MiRyeo's office to take the USB containing the clip capturing the MC, after which she looked into Gang Ok and his company, I guessed that he is only working under them to be able to take some kind of revenge. Maybe he idolizes the MC and was determined to join forces with him because he knew they would have a common enemy ultimately, at the end, and planned to take him down together with the help of the MC from the moment he got to know about him.

Also, fun fact. In the webtoon, the storyline of A Good Day to Be a Dog had a gender-bender subplot at some point.
Now after watching today's episode, especially after that scene, I take it back.
