Am I the only one who thinks Namping’s acting is really bad? He shows the same emotion in every episode, which…
I think that's the whole point of Khemjira's character. He's timid and the only thing he knows all these years is that he will die before he turns 21. Also, it's the fact that Khem grew up without his mother so he kept his kind character because he wanted his mom to be proud of him since her spirit never showed up until that episode with her. He never had an idea what happened to her spirit and maybe he kept his expectation that his mom is maybe watching from afar.
The flashback that involves Ramphueng and a baby was so heartbreaking. I'm starting to understand Ramphueng's rage. If it was just a lover, it is not justified. But involving a baby???? All hell would break loose.
Having a kind and sweet personality doesn’t mean it’sa dull personality. U been watching too much drag race.
I agree with you. First, Khem helped 'Dotty' being eaten by the ghost when Dotty was still a puppy. Second, he was the one who helped the kid (who was chained in the room) to be free from his abusive father. He just started feeling useless when they stop him from doing things like helping so he will be safe.
So now we're supposed to believe the hottest guy in the world AND the second hottest guy in the world (and I'm…
First, Khem is not useless. Second, he is cursed. Also, I believe he was willing to die before he even met Peem. He was not in a constant need of rescue, however, his best friend especially Jet wants to help him in any way he can. He didn't want to lose him because Khem was his only best friend. He is also the first person to notice something and even will do anything to help without minding what will happen to him but there was a constant ' You stay here'. 'Don't go there' from the other characters that will make him looked useless.
I like that Episode 5 is such a heartwarming episode. However, my favorite part is Jet seeing Thong and Ake again. He really did treat them like his little brothers. Also, the realization that the students have to leave the villagers? It was so sad.
Please remember that Khem's spirit before his reincarnation was Khemmika. It has something to do why he was timid.
I understand. Also, I think Khem's mother's death also made him timid and the fact that he knew about the family's curse in his early childhood made him realize to always be kind and good so he could get good karma.
I like Khemjira so far, but I gotta say that romance is really slow-burning right now. Hopefully it will pick…
Because the center of the story is Khemjira yet the plot doesn't revolve around him. Episode 5 is the start of the romance. It's not super big but it's a good start. It isn't rushed too. I also think that Paran was cold because he probably didn't have friends and he was with his grandfather in that village for a long time.
Okay so bye Chayod. So now, I'm really curious about Ramphueng. Although we know that Khemmika was also a reincarnation which means that Khem has been a reincarnation for centuries, I'm still curious about her story. I just like how the plot of the show is fast and how the relationship was building and wasn't rushed like other BL series.
Done watching the second episode and I can really tell that some of the scenes/roles/situations in the actual episode compared to the Official Pilot. In the OP, Charn and Jet already knew each other and Khem has to put effort just to get to Paran's heart. In the actual series, Charn and Jet don't know each other and Khem seems not to do it because Paran already knew him from the start. But I like that they didn't focus in the four main but also some people in the village.
So Ramphueng (Khem's Karmic Enemy) can't control the ghost in dreams because if you noticed, the man who tried to stop Khem in the dream was also the same one who followed him in the bus to Peem's place. Although still not sure if he was controlled by Ramphueng or not. Anyways, I really like Khem's character. He is not a pushover which is similar to my character.
this was a brilliant first episode! I’ve found I’ve felt that with the recent domundi dramas they start off…
I think the story is really strong based on the 3-minute trailer. Some of those series were similar to the ones in the past or the ones being shown that's why they go downhill. Khemjira is a unique bl of its own. It is a scary take to the usual cringe-horror bl out there.
