I'll let you guys enjoy this one, I really can't, my brain was loosing braincells every minute I kept watching. Once in a while I'll come back to read your comments to see how bad it gets š
If you haven't started to watch yet, do yourself a favor and wait. It's fun and fast paced so the episodes feel even shorter than what they already are. I personally can't wait, I'm too weak š
I think I need a chronological edit of the og timeline. 𤯠Tonkla villain origin story was pretty sad, he was let down by the law too many times so he had to take the matter in his own hands by killing his father and his brother's murderers. He's actually a better detective than Win. Was the gun his? Did he forget it at Tonkla's? Also after shooting Great he has no other purpose in life so I think he's going to 1. Go after Korn, 2. Kill himself, or 3. Both.
For whoever is expecting a happy ending, maybe it's better if you adjust your expectations because I don't see how it's going to happen. Tyme has been shot twice, it would be a miracle if he survives. I personally don't think it needs a happy ending to be a great show. But at same time I don't know what a good ending would be š¤ Nevertheless I can't wait for next week to find out ā¤ļø
That is one of the most awkward and uncomfortable nc scenes I have ever see. They both look soo uncomfortable…
I found the NCs all pretty hot. It's interesting how we can see a scene in different ways. Especially in this show, I noticed the comments are 50/50, some see chemistry and some don't.
There are so many things that are unanswered, this is my major issue with this show having only having 8 episodes. To…
I think there's plenty of time to explain everything, it all depends on how they do it. But it's exciting that we don't know how it's going to end, it's the first time I don't even have a clue. I just want a satisfying ending, I don't really care about the leads dieing or the romantic relationships, since they aren't the focus of the show.
About Win, we know nothing about him. I really don't know if he's just infatuated with Tonkla or if he was "undercover" and was just investigating. I'm more inclined on the second because he never talked to Tonkla about the second murder, unless he did and they haven't show it yet.
I think I agree with the theory about Great imagining himself fixing his mistakes but there are some things I can't explain: - We see Dr Den in both timelines, how does Great know about him and his research? We don't see Tyme talking about him in the real time line. - The woman with the same ability as Great, is she real? How are they connected? - The message "Can you forgive me" on the cup Tyme bring to Great, we don't see it on the real timeline because Tyme didn't have a reason to go to Great's university or to bring him a drink. So why did we see the message changing in Great's imagination?
Something else that makes me scratch my head I little: Great prove to Tyme that he can see the future and he does close to nothing about it. I don't know about you all, but I would have brought him to talk to Dr Den right away. Maybe that's just proof that that timeline is fake.
About Tonkla, I would like to see how he found out about Title and Great and how he got a gun. Did he talk to that girl who posted the comment "everybody know who did it" about Dome's death? Did Title mentioned Great when he was about to get killed or did Tonkla saw the video from the dashcam? We only see Title switching the cam off so maybe the video was not deleted. Or did Win help him?
Anyway, this is one of my favorite drama airing right now (and I'm watching many). I really don't know where we are going from here. I can't wait for next week!
Can someone explain to me why some people have a problem with the step-brothers trope? Itās just another excuse to put two strangers in the same house, they are basically roommates. I'd understand if they were related, but they are not⦠so why? Iām actually surprised that straight dramas donāt use it much, I think itās an interesting trope. Reading mangas prepared me for this and much more so Iām just going to enjoy the ride. š
The actors seem a bit too old to play high schoolers so I expect a time jump? Maybe?
All those exams were giving me anxiety, but I bet it would have helped me when I was in highschool since Iām a serial procrastinator.
Anyway, looking forward to seeing how theyāre going to get close.
The think in college is what they do in Thailand with the freshmen, the seniors do activities for they to bond…
So in the flashback Tonkla is a freshman? Do we know if he has graduated? Just to understand how long they've been together. And I think you're right about Tonkla needing attention and Korn only loving himself. They really are the worst for each other.
Donāt worry we are on fire about it too on reddit. We think Tonkla killed the cat and his brother, Dome. And…
Reddit is so fun! The gifs make it more "interesting" than MDL š¤ I'm always lurking but I never post. Yeah, there's more than what we see with Tonkla. But if he killed his brother, who's the other body they found in the same spot? š¤
I must be the only one who doesn't really pay attention to charactersā screen time lol You know why I go blind when I start a show? Why I avoid spoilers like the plague? Why I don't watch trailers, interviews or look at what the actors/directors post while the show is airing? So I donāt have any expectations. Highly recommended!
Seems like the most popular theory is that we are following two different timelines: - the 1th when Great runs after hitting the woman and he doesn't meet Tyme, Dome is killed by Title (who is killed by Tonkla). - the 2th when Great doesnāt kill the woman, meets Tyme at the hospital and saves Dome (Tonkla doesnāt meet Win). We are watching the 1th through Tonklaās pov and the 2th through Greatās pov. It seems to me that the two have only one thing in common which is Korn. In both timelines we see him with the wound on the neck. What does that mean?
Also since in the 1th one Great doesnāt help Tyme, is that when heās shot in that scene at the beginning of the first episode? Or is that a flash forward in the 2th tl?
About Korn and Tonkla flashback, can someone tell me a little more about what kind of event they were at the university for? Have we seen it in other shows?
Am I the only one that didnāt buy the reason why Tonkla buried the cat at the uni? I donāt know, it seemed a little weird to me that he chose to do it in the middle of the garden where everybody could see him.
Do you all think Korn actually love Tonkla? When he told Great āYou donāt understand how important this company is to meā, was he thinking about the promise? He said he would tell everyone that Tonkla is his boyfriend after taking over the family business. If he makes too many mistakes his dad could not trust him enough to give him the company. At the same time he seems like he takes Tonkla for granted, thatās why he was shocked when he kicked him out.
About the NCs, to me they show different kinds of relationships. Just sex (for one, the other is obviously already smitten), first time with an imbalance in experience, first time with some doubts and awkwardness. I think they all fit in the context of what was happening (but I might be the only one ahah).
Ok my brain is fried. How am I going to sleep now?
So I guess Sea is 20/21 since heās a sophomore, but I have no clue how old Niel is. They met each other for the first time when Sea was a kid, maybe 10 years ago? Niel comforted Sea with his music and became his idol. Magnet was at their peak until Matt died in an accident 6 years ago. Niel tried to come back 3 years ago but fainted before entering the stage. The two brothers seemed really close, so Mattās death must have been a heavy blow for Niel mental health. Maybe he feels responsible about the accident? Sea finds out why they say to never meet your heroes. This romance is going to be a bumpy ride since both seem to be prideful and stubborn characters. Looking forward to it cause I like this kind of dynamic. Canāt wait for the next episode. š
Because even though he is under threat, that would still be wrongful detainment/imprisonment!That's why he stood…
You're right about that. I just wished they prepared a little better. Bringing him to a safe house, for starters. Or checking people for weapons before letting them go near him. I was frustrated the whole episode.
