you should tried this kind of roles more often Joong Ki' siii. It's been so long jeez.... You always do a superhero drama that make people swoon, But lack of depth and ground.

I'm not really following all the director - writers work. Just following certain director - and writers. sometimes they also has up and down project, as far as I'm concern it's really fascinating some director - writers duo keep doing more than one project when the project is working for each other style or their project turn into popular.

Unfortunately, Kim Ji Woo - PArk Chan Hong duo is no longer create noise nowadays, I really like their recent project Miraculous Brothers

In old days, the most powerfull writer - director duo is Yoo In SHik PD paired with Jang Young-Cheol, and Jung Kyung-Soon from SBS Drama Giant in 2010 which Hits 40% rating at peak, follow History of the Salaryman, and in their recent work, Vagabond.

Second is Kim Ji Woo and Park CHan Hong legendary duo, from Rebirthin 2005, Lucifer (Mawang) which has Japancese adaptation, given the popularity of the original in Japan, and Beautiful World, and their recent work Miraculous Brothers (2023) which is still airing. And they seems comfortable with each other they rarely separated, lol.

Yes... Korea rarely has light good rom com. They are all generic and formulaic and has little sincerity.
The only rom com i like is Can we get married back in 2012 and Park Yeon Seon Drama Wild romance. Or KBS Special Drama : The Red Teacher Casted Jung So Min, But everyone doesn't like like it because it doesn't include some hot guys doing swoonies moment.

I love romance genre... when done right, like The collection of Ahn Pan Seok PD romance or Lee Kyung Hee writernim Romance, which is often RAW and deep. But This drama make romance seems a shallow genre.

Really ? For me I think the acting of the lead and the overall cast is superior in business proposal.

I enjoy it so much because of Yoona's performances. she is really good in this. She was good in Big Mouth, But she is not the main focus, rather than the male lead take the most narrative. but here, her circumstance get spotlight alot. I love it. I think I will watch just for her.

SOME plot point is indeed formulaic, not geniune from the writers. Like Eun Tak Storyline for me so formulaic and nothing new. It's just added might be because we need some depth into his character after his char serving them 3 season rather than geniune plot. And some case is indeed formulaic and nothing complex.

But they also give some narrative which I question since the 1st season. That's Jang Dong Hwa and CHa Ji Man remind us not forgeting being a doctor is just one of the job to make a living and not to put you on the line. Remind us over romantized the doctor JOB is also negleting our need as ahuman being. Does it worth it? what about the doctor? Why people expecting too much on doctor or other job which save people who is also a human being?

I like this complexity the writers put in season 3, because after all, doctor also are human.
