The Synopsis is pretty misleading and actually wont tell you what the Drama is about. The Drama itself was amazing for the first half but got boring starting the second one to a point where i started to fast forward at the last 2-3 episodes.
Still i would receommend it just ignore the Synopsis .
The accuser failed to provide proof even when police asked to and like i said she is preparing a Lawsuit with evidence witch takes time.
Im not Korean so i dont know how long it takes also ive seen many examples where at the end it turned out to be false accusation but the Actors life were ruined by then.
Im not a fan of those witch hunts because someone spread lies without evidence, were not in Medieval times anymore and should know better and behave life proper Human beings. If she is Guilty then Prove will comes out since she didnt attend Highschool on her own so lets wait and see.
For once its not Proven and the alleged accuser doesnt sound very honest either so as of right now its his word against hers. There is a lot that came to public and a lot that is up to personal interpretation so for me its innocent until proven Guilty. Also shes preparing a lawsuit against the Accuser with prove of innocence so we have to wait on that.
Given how Netizens bully Actors into oblivion without any proof i think its best to read yourself into all the articles and make up your own mind.

Its 30 min a episode so if youre used to 1 hour episodes then you can cut the episode time in half.
I say give it a go and see if you like it or not since Family Dramas can be a hit or miss for people pretty early on. Im a Big fan of "Ham Eun Jung" so i watch all her Dramas but if you dont know the Actors then just go with it and get to know some new ones, for me a lot of times i discover through those actors new Dramas i wouldnt watch previously.
The Drama is on Youtube with subs and a playlist and if you like it but dont have the time then give it a break and continue on another day. Dramas are watched to be entertained so wo cares if youre entertained for 12 Episodes or 128?
I encourage those who are considering watching this drama to do so without hesitation and not to be influenced…
I have to disagree... I watched the series right after it was complete and had no prior knowledge about it except the synopsis. The Female Lead is unlikable and male lead pretty much a bad human being (im refering to his reacting to a certain event) who only get away with it because they sugarcoat it in Humor. The Story isnot only unrelatable but at time so unrealistic that it gets frustrating to watch (Im refering to the whole Relaitionship and Family).
People have different taste and even i have Fav. Shows who are Rated 6.5 and i cant understand why people hate it but i can recognize a good Drama and many (not all) with high Ratings here are good but this one is NOT.
Its High-end Production but it has the same vibes as a bad Makjang.
If you want Relatable and likable Leads then this is not it. If you want a peacful Drama then this is not it. If you want a great Romance then this is not it. If you want great Writing then this is not it.
BUT if you want some over the top Acting this is it. if you want to feel angry or even tense watching it then this is it. If you want High-end Production Value then this is it. If you dont care about plotholes and a drama being not realistic at times then this is it.
Im not hating this Drama but people try to sell this as gods Gift to Humanity for i dont know what reason. And im aware that it was very succseful in South Korea but it doesnt mean It can resonate with Watchers outside SK or Asia as a whole.
Ultimately everyone should make their own Opinion but like Negative Comments influence people so do Overly Positive ones as well so people who are unsure to watch will pay closer attention negative comments that detail why they shoudnt watch it.

In the very first episode when those guys chased the Ex boyfriend. i woudnt call it black face since it was pretty light so maybe some people didnt see it that way but who know what they wanted to express with that scene.

I really hate most of the characters and there were also far to many of them in general. while i can see that there were a lot of effort put into the show, i cant help to be annoyed since the plot doesnt make sense to me. The backstory how it all started was interesting and i liked it but there are to many and to long flashback scenes.
My rating: 1/10 might be to harsh but no matter of much effort is put into a show, if its characters are unlikable and the plot dont make any sense to me as well as badly paced then i cant give extra points just because a soundtrack is nice or acting was good.
Would i recommend: YES Like i mentioned i understand whgy people like it and and sometimes even a bad show is worth watching once in a while. if you want a story that feels relatable then dont watch it but if you dont care about it then go ahead and give it a try.
Overall a very good Drama, 128 episodes might sound crazy but a episode is around 30 min so its more like 64 compared to others.
While there were some plot holes like Jin Na Young unknown Investor who was never mentioned again, the show ultimately is enjoyable and has a satisfying ending.
If you like "birth secret" like dramas then this is highly recommended.

I loved th eC version so much and I love this version as well. I love the changes they did.
i have no issues with with making it different from the source material, one of my all time favorites is "because of meeting you" the Chinese remake or adaptation of Korean "Jang Bo Ri is here". they changed the feeling of the drama cut Characters and changed some plot events, yet while i like the original i do love the remake.
Ultimately its its about what you expect from the remake. While it is true that comparison can kill enjoyment, so can the wrong cast or anything else for that matter. by no means do i think its a bad drama, it just dont deliver what i expect from it at this given time, witch can change next time i will retry to watch it.
but i think its actually important to discuss those viewpoints. As a old-time gamer who has to deal with many shitty modern remakes, its interesting how Asian drama remakes compare in quality compared to Asian gaming remakes.

changes are ok but a remake fails the moment it cant capture the same magic the original had no matter how good it is. one can expand upon the original idea or maybe add new events to deepen some relationships but converting 40 episodes into 16 is doomed to loose aspects that made the original so great and beloved.
well as long as its not a disrespect to the original its ok but i just wont get the same feeling from the remake compared to the original witch lessens my enjoyment enough to drop it.
