In which episode does the ML realise that FL is actually a girl? If he realizes after 18 episodes in a 24 episode drama there is no point in watching.

The synopsis is literally same as the kdrama "A Gentleman's Dignity". Where there are 4 friends. FL likes ML leads friend. Another friend falls in love with friend's sister in that too and not to forget ML helps FL in crisis situations.

How is it sad? Ji Soo came back and Yoon Joo neither accepted or rejected her. Its an open ending leaving it to the viewers. Yoon Joo is seen pondering over it in the last scene.

Nah, I am not against LGBTQ. i myself fall into one of the categories though I dont wish to divulge more details here. What intrigues me is unlike you many straight women who themslves are into men like BL stories than man-woman stories. This is what intrigued me.

You dont need to get rattled by the term traditional. Whether we like it or not man-woman relationship is considered traditional. That doesn't mean other relations are wrong.
