Boring... I almost fall asleep.

It is getting a second season and just started filming😂😂😂 How dramas like this get a second season is beyond me.

Harbin flopped hard because of the same mentality.The company through away 30 billion in a serious and historical movie and they thought that "stars" can pull off this kind of movie.This "stars" maybe work could as main leads in dramas but their fanbase would not bring on any money on films.Plus the bad script and directing I saw it and I almost fall asleep.It was a bad movie.

We are not in our in the 90s-00s-10s there are no stars anymore.Since I am an international audience except the weak plot/directing koreans should find talented actors for main leads.I am tired to watch the same average/mediocre actors who are main leads in dramas and have low ratings and flops and then audience and TV stations are concerned why their dramas do not do well.There are 5000 actors listed in Korea there are plenty mid 30s over 40s actors who are talented to act in dramas as MLs if the industry give them the change.Why you relay to people that are proven that can not carry shows as main leads and are weak?

My problem is that they cast the same actors who are average/bad in acting because of popularity or instagram popularity.And then everybody is surprised because of the drama flop.Plus the average/bad scripts or directing.When the stars gossip,Potato lab etc.

I have amazon prime and I watch it out of curiosity.I know that many of the ML dramas have low ratings and are flops.My expectations were low and I wanted to see the ratings.

I read online for Monday-Tuesday dramas if they have 3% each episode it is good ratings.Nationwide 1st ep 3.2%,2nd 2.4% and I guess 3rd would be 2%.TVn struggles with dramas in general.

Many dramas are like this nowadays.They call it fast food kdramas.Low production quality with average/mediocre acting.No surprise anymore.

It is the real time not the rating of the drama.It looks it will go 2%.I will post the rating from Nielsen tomorrow.Second episode was 2.4%

Like I said I have seen so many actors over 40 getting and doing good roles in acting in recent dramas and his role in the Trunk was not even acting.He just looked there with a puppy face.So my personal opinion is that his only does Netflix dramas for the big money.

So many dramas with actors his age group are so good and successful and he has to do something successful for years.He looks like he lost his motivation in acting and dramas.

Trunk was the worst recent drama I saw just like The Impossible Heir.It was same level dramas having the same mediocre format.I just think that Gong Yoo does Netflix dramas just for the big paycheck.Only SQ2 role was a big surprise for me.

I was really exiting about seeing Gong Yoo in his comeback drama.For me it is the same level of The Impossible Heir in every aspect.But you should watch it and judge if you like it for yourself.For me it was a disappointed and Gong Yoo for some reason doesn't pick good scripts for dramas or movies for 5-8 years now.2016-2017 was his years in good movies and dramas.

People are supposed to write their opinion about the drama.MDL is a place for that.But because of stans and the favorites for their "actor" many reviews are not objective in here.I am happy that at least this drama got a more objective rating.Still to high for me rating in here.It should get 7 in MDL since it is a average/mediocre drama and it would get 3-5 in real life.
If you want to fangirl about the actors right a review in your fanpage.
I would like to see more realistic reviews in dramas in here.

Great another mediocre drama gets Season 2 and so many dramas that deserves season 2 get nothing.

I am from the West and I am tired of the mediocre plastic actors who are leads and the obsession with injections to achieve pale skin and the obsessed crazy fans and the mediocre and cliche scripts.Koreans don't look as native Koreans anymore.Watching older dramas from 2000-2012 I am happy to see the real Koreans with dark skin and limited plastic surgeries.Too toxic this society.
