I just finished the last episode and gosh it made me tear up Such a comfort drama about healing that I want to also experience this ngl talking mostly about the healing aspect But in all means it’s a decent drama as a rom com I feel that the lead relationship did fall short I wished it would have been done better especially as a romance but overall I saw the romance more as a subplot than anything and I just enjoyed this drama with its funny moments and honestly it was a good way to end the year and start the year with Also ngl samdal in the beginning just drank so much alcohol that I lost count how many times she just drank instead 😭 Overall ngl I just really saw them as friends more than lovers in this case for a romance it falls short Also can we really stop with this whole arab prince scenario with these characters? I know it wasn’t really offensive at all but I just know it could have been avoided and they could have just used another excuse for mansu
I started this when I was still relatively new to the kdrama world and wondered why everyone loved it so much But no matter how many times I did try to get immersed in the plot I couldn’t see what the rest did but for me it was incredible boring the plot and I never really saw any romance between the leads mostly bc she is a teenager and he is a grown adult I mostly just them as friends What stole the show for me was the 2nd couple But overall despite this star studded cast it was sadly not interesting for me despite how many times I tried

When it comes to 16 episode series I always have this worry bc it’s either gonna be very good or just dragged or not for a 16 episode series And in this case I felt the plot was going nowhere in the last half of the series Ngl is it just me or the story sometimes was underwhelming and some parts were predictable such as episode 15 Gotta mention I’m kinda sad the little enemies to lovers we got in the beginning wasn’t really a enemies to lovers or maybe it wasn’t in the beginning Also kinda sad we didn’t get a boss ceo do dohee chairman moment :( oh well she got her happy ending at least but I do think it’s a bit overhyped on TikTok bc of the visual of the leads
But I’ll still give it a 7 out of 10 the comedy moments were really nice
I’m super excited For this bc I’m a big fan of both of the series and I kinda agree that song wei long really does suit SY but I hope they just cast things wisely and don’t rush anything cause it looks like whenever any actor/actress is rumoured in this project it stirs up some attention Edit:I’m not sure anymore cause looking close up to the poster they released it’s seems like it might be the leading actor and actress? Cause they probably wouldn’t release it without the lead actors in it right? I mean the teaser poster
this was the 2nd J-drama I ever watched and I was enjoying the plot so far was very good until the 2nd half hit the writing completely ruined the drama for me some actions were too easily forgive and forgotten like it was nothing and the writing ruined the fl Character and i dropped it i couldn't continue it anymore it was too beyond frustrating which was a shame cause I really liked their dynamic
So this morning I watched the live “global” stream on yt and First it pisses me off how they keep saying global when it’s not cause they didn’t even bother to sub the finale it seems just low effort and I have watched other shows they livestream on their channel and they had subtitles
2 this whole show format was messy I do not get why they decided to even break up the crews to make a avenger crew and not even bother telling the contestants just for a “surprise” factor It indeed was not cause a lot of crew’s potential were wasted and they could have just accepted solo applications and promoted the new season as that cause it would have gotten people interested
3 it’s obvious to me that mnet really had no motivation to do this show or just really wanna wrap it up soon as possible like if it was a “homework that was due today that they forgot and said well whatever I’ll write nonsense and turn it in they won’t know”
Also I can’t imagine the amount of stress JR must have been cause the member change and Latrice getting injured and miyabi as well so they probably had to rethink a lot of the performance Hands up to them and pk cause she is the leader and I can’t imagine like her trying her best to be a support pillar of the group and probably stressing a lot internally
Either way it’s a shame they wasted so much potential and it would have been fun if they HAD ALL 8 CREWS like s1 and why can’t mnet just let swf 2 crews shine in their spotlight? Swf 1 already got theirs
