I think qin & his friends scenes r done very well. Por who played qin did good job with showing his emotions with subtle acting.

The only problem I has is with duang. I read the novel after 1st ep bcz I really liked the concept. In the novel,duang was chasing but didn't come off as annoying or childshih. I don't know why they made duang character this much extremem in series esp the over grinning & him walking like dog behind him.

I really hope the decrease this nonsense in future eps & let qin duang has sincere conv

I think it' the dialogues & unnecessary scenes that doesn't add up much to the plot. Most of duang & qin dilagoues looked not that sincere like duang & jamie convo

If ppl need to read the novel bfr watching a show them they failed to properly show throw series

There r so many scenes where dialogues r very bad & feel like talking nonsense without any substance

Actually i like the chemistry b/n north & Otto but that specific scene didn’t flow smoothly only bcz of dialogues not bcz of actors

But it didn't flow smoothly as it looked so forced

Director said they filmed it after friendship shiw

I read the novel too. Dunag did act like that but in the series they exaggerated it too much to the point it comes off as annoying & makes me think why even qin likes him .

Also duang behaviour is not consistent throughout the episode. He talks normally to qin in some scenes but put an act on other scnees

I’m not talking about jokes & friends thou. I’m talking emotions of Duang was inconsistent bcz of the way they directed it. In some scenes he did over exaggerated esp in ep3 but they toned it down in ep4. But still it comes off as annoying when he is with qin but he comes as funny infront his friends.

I think it’s director & editor fault bcz Duang emotions didn’t flow smoothly. It’s directors responsibility to tell how character need to behave in certain scenes so that it doesn’t come off over the top.

Also they need to show more heart to heart talking b/n Duang & qin rather than showing Duang & Jamie evry time.

Actually they gave hits that qin likes him but they didn’t showed why he likes him as u know Duang comes off really annoying in ep3.i really liked Duang in ep1&2 but his hand movements & voice tone is over exaggerated too the point it come off as putting an act on infront him bcz he is different infront of his friends.director should have asked him to tone it down little bit.

Yeah.u r right but it’s too exaggerated in my opioin. It’s comes off as being annoying as i also want him to drop that tone.

I think it’s directors fault as the way Duang comes off as childish in some scenes but he behaves normally with his friends.

There r so many scenes where they must have asked the actor to exaggerate the hand movements & smiling widely without reason even infront of qin

I think it depends on directors too as he keeping the scene where Duang smiling himself longer than needed so it comes off as extra.
