Does jin know it’s gonna get bad for non?does he know about tee ,mob & non mental issues? No.. non still had a choice to leave.it’s not like Jin put non at gun point to join the group. Also it’s non who wanted friends & approached the group.

Actually I didn’t liked any cast acting at first .but after backstory started,everyone’s acting got better & plot got interesting.i liked the school plot more than the trip one
