Wait..did he rly have a problem with his manhood? ๐ญ like fr?..did that happen in the novel?..
Exactlyy! his manhood is absolutely fine lol..๐ I think the miscommunication of having problem with his health as a "man" was more about endurance not libido..iyk what i mean..since he's more weak and had lost muscles after the surgery.
same! I was looking forward to see them on hi6 but i don't understand hi6 didn't invite them ??
Heyu was even down for a 2nd collab during their livestream when Esther said fans wanted to know. He basically had zero hesitation answering he wanted to do a costume drama and that genre would be something like past present lives..lol ๐I rly want and can't wait to see their 2nd collab again omg๐

Yes..lol exactly..the fandom is basically comprised of different age groups..mind you immature ones and that being 12 yrs old..๐ญ no wonder we always be seeing unnecessary hate and issues..

Yess..that was such a sweet treat to see Heyu dancing! I'm sure he had a blast doing this too..this man rly can't stop laughing and smiling lol..He enjoyed it and we fans did too!
โI couldnโt do this to you. You were iust too young back then.โ I do not agree one bit with how he handled…
I actually do not blame his way of thinking tbh..His thought process was he loves mumu and he'd do anything not to ruin her future even at the expense of his own unhappiness. That to me felt like a green flag bcuz it's his own way of caring about her even though it was a one sided decision ofc.. However, it'd honestly be considered a red flag if he actually took advantage of her in that moment and kept her around just bcuz of his injury. Sure, we can say what about Mumu's happiness? But to him it already felt hard enough having been in a life and death situation and surviving after a major surgery that it was too complicated as it was..it felt like it was the best choice he could make at that time.
We have to remember that Jin Zhao is human and has his own flaws, insecurities and emotional trauma/wounds. His life was the complete opposite of Mumu..he handled and shouldered everything since young, he had no parents and no elders around him for support. So he practically became self-reliant and independent way earlier on than his peers. If you ask me, I actually feel so sorry for him when I think about his entire situation. He trusted no one, and endured suffering and pain on his own. His only salvation, hope and light in his life was Mumu, that one special girl in his heart. So ofc he'd take some drastic decision to push her away so she doesn't ruin her future. He knows her well enough to know that she'd absolutely stay with him no matter what bcuz he knows she loves him too. But being the boyfriend and 'older brother' that he was he felt compelled to take some responsibility so that he doesn't become a burden on her. He even said to mumu that back then he wasn't sure if he was going to make it..so the future was uncertain for him and he didn't want to drag her down with him.
This is why I cannot blame nor hate him entirely for what he did. I do wish he could've at least reply to her msgs..like mumu wanted him to with something like "I got it" or an emoji to reduce her anxiety and worry. But in the end, that thought of "uncertainty" remained harder than ever in his mind so cutting off complete contact with her felt "right" to him. I think I'll stop rambling on now..it's getting too long already. He's just perfectly imperfect in my eyes and that's what's charming about him and also what makes him more relatable to me. Ofc..we can't forget that he's overcome a lot and is talented af..that's also what makes him perfect too.

Yes..I too feel like this needs to stop already..it's been dragging far too long. They're both well established queens. Period. Idk why fans always cause unnecessary troubles all the time..

Omg..I didn't know about her current situation in China..๐ข I'm not sure if it's prob related to it but I did read about the hostility happening between her fandom and lusi's fandom, and some bullying allegations to her costars etc..๐ Tho I'm not sure whether this is true or not and I don't wanna assume anything atm..but your hunch is prob right..with the way Iqiyi dropped the drama randomly without any promotions..it rly did feel like they wanted to get it over with...๐ I'm glad the show or other actors weren't affected by it and that she managed to stay strong through all this indeed.

Literally..I'm so grateful we got Thai Sweet too! With the amount of cut scenes I kept seeing online..it made me kinda of upset that we couldn't see them in the drama. I even came across a yt edit that said they got married and now Thai Sweet was their honeymoon and I couldn't help but laugh in complete agreement!๐๐คญ And yes, hooray for the show being a global success! Well deserved! Source: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/l9fgRZYXUr8

It's rly bizarre..idk either..it seems the promotion of the drama was completely neglected too..and the actors themselves had to promote it actively. It's rly a surprise that I managed to even find the drama was released tbh..
I finished this drama and I still can't get over them. I was looking forward to seeing Esther and Heyu on Hi6.. it's too bad we couldn't see them on the show..but at least we got their reality TV show Thai Sweet. I guess it's way better since with more eps, we'll get to see even more of their interactions and sweet moments together.. Anyone knows how many eps Thai Sweet has in total?..It's weird that I can't seem to find it on MDL.. TIA!
