as far as I think..someone mentioned in the novel she has DID..that can be one among the reasons or her birth parents'..I feel these characters finding each other like this is not any coincidence..but some thing very fishy about all these character's backdrop..ML and FL both are without birth parents..Yi Wan San came from where..what is his identity is not explored..the chubby one is the most non explored in it's explanation of existence
