Does the lineup mean only filming? Because there's no way they can rush it enough to air in 2026. I mean, this…
Really? Yeah, I know the others are pretty much confirmed. And they've all had some sort of reaction in relation to TBOY, except LXY. He's always been complete silent on the matter, from beginning to now, which is why I wonder. After all, he needs to shave his head if he reprises the role, so he might not be as willing either.

Yeah, definitely not this year. Although Youku's listing only said 2026 WIP projects, so only that these things are confirmed. Let's hope we'll see it in 2027.
But not LXY being busy? I thought he was lined up too. I'm still pretty worried he won't return.
The synopsis for TBOY S2 has been added on the youku Chinese app on the same day when they released the S2 poster…
The only thing that I have to correct is that it's not the 'city of Kaifeng' , but it should be translated as "unraveling ancient mysteries sealed for two hundred years".
Unfortunately, 'Kaifeng' the city name is made of the words that mean 'unsealing', and translations took it as the city here instead of the verb.
This Weibo has been deleted. D: My dispelled concerns about the replacement has returned now. LOL.
I really hope that's not a bad sign!
I'm also super amazed at how much development is happening for this story universe in such a small amount of time. There's always new material every few months in one media form or another.

Well, it looks like the animation already has the names for all 4 arcs out. One arc for one weapon.
But it's already May and they only start filming now, even if they wrap up by July, if that's even possible, theres still the post production, getting it through reviews, etc. I'm not sure about general production c-drama timeliness, but I'm sure I've never heard of one being completed in half a year from filming to airing and still be large production.
TheBloodofYouth: Southern Ming Lihuo is now confirmed for Youku 2026 drama lineup!!!https://weibo.com/1642904381/QEPQ22Ogp

Author is releasing the Wu Xin side story (that is happening in the middle of the SNGX2 timeline) at the moment. Maybe after the side story is completed?
I thought only the ones who survived were Jin Xian and Jin Yan.
White King said that his father left him instructions that if Jin Xuan came to him with the Dragon scroll, he's to kill him. And we see that it was a trap to get him as Jin Xian and the others show up to take care of him. His death was not on screen, but it was implied.
Questions, so so so many questions. I'm sure things can be explained if someone tried hard enough and filled in the gaps of like 20 years, but until then, better to watch this as a standalone.
But my most pressing one from the very first minute. Wasn't Jin Xuan dead??? He's telling a story that happened after this death?
Most of it is on Youtube. There's 4 seasons in all: Great Journey of Teenagers. Though the first two seasons might still be listed under Youths and Golden Coffin. Warning though that subs are mediocre at times, like bad AI translations sometimes, but if you've watched the series, you'll survive.
I like the animation more and you'll see how they start differing starting season 2, though both drama and animation deviate in different ways from the novels.

Thanks for the update!

I'm just worried that this means he's not going to be in the main story much because he's busy wandering off here!

I guess he didn't get killed after all?

But hey it's part of the universe, and it's short. Watch it if you're a fan so you can go Wtf at it. But then you can say at least you've watched it.
