Khemjira Forever 10/10 One Year Later, The Magic Is Still There!
Exactly one year after Khemjira, my favourite Thai BL of 2025, we finally have Khemjira Forever, a four episode special continuation of the story we all fell in love with. I honestly couldn't be happier! So many BL series end just as our main couple finally gets together, leaving us wondering what happens next. But this time, we actually get to see Peem and Khem continue their love story, and the best part? We are getting a wedding! After watching episode 1, I can confidently say that the one year wait was absolutely worth it.
What I love most is that this isn't just a special made for fan service. We still have the incredible supernatural storyline that made the original series so captivating. With Peem called away to investigate a mysterious disappearance, Khem finds himself caught up in another supernatural case involving strange incidents on the set of a drama inspired by his own life. With Jet and Chan joining him, it looks like we are in for another thrilling adventure before the long awaited wedding.
Everything I loved about the original series is still here. The breathtaking scenery, beautiful cinematography, incredible acting, supernatural mysteries and, of course, all the familiar characters we grew to love. The production quality remains outstanding, and I love how the series manages to balance romance, mystery and supernatural elements without losing its charm.
I also have to give some love to our second couple, Chan and Jet! Their intimate scene was absolutely beautiful to watch, and I love seeing how much their relationship has developed since the first season. Their chemistry feels even more natural now, and it's wonderful that the writers are giving them more opportunities to shine alongside our main couple.
What makes Khemjira Forever so special to me is that we are not simply revisiting these characters for nostalgia. We are actually getting another chapter of their lives. We get to see how their relationships have grown, how their love has become stronger and how their journey continues beyond the ending of the original series. This is exactly the kind of continuation I wish more BL productions would give us.
One episode down and three more to go! I am already completely invested, especially knowing that we have Peem and Khem's wedding to look forward to. If you loved the original Khemjira, I genuinely believe you will love these four special episodes just as much.
