2. Beijing Summer Olympics happened in 2008 which is a very significant event for the male lead who is a swimmer and is at the peak of his swimming career during this time
3. Cyworld (like MySpace in USA) is very popular in 2008 in Korea. The platform has relevance to the story especially for the 2nd male lead
Also, there are idols casted in this drama and Yuri from Girl’s Generation will do a cameo. I don’t think they would accept the role if they know from the start that the drama intends to profit out of JH’s story 😀

I’m not here to argue but I’m here to clarify things as to not mislead other fans. 😊 It’s already out in tvN’s website that the male lead is a highschool swimmer in 2008 and his debut was in 2009. Please read it in the link below. You can enumerate the other accusations and we have a reply and it’s already debunked by a lot of people also 😀

Hello! Probably because all the accusations have been debunked. Since more information about the drama is released by tvN on its official website, we see that the details are clearer, like they’re a band and not an idol group. The debut date is 2009 instead of 2008. The male lead is both an actor and band member. Hope this helps! 😊
I just watched him in “Alice, The Final Weapon”. He was so good in his acting. I also saw him in Skycastle. He’s such a versatile actor and he can sing too. He can do a lot, I was surprised. He deserve to get more lead roles! A hidden gem indeed of the industry 💯

I am so excited for her upcoming next work “Time Walking On Memory” / “Runaway with Sunjae on a Piggyback”.
