Tbh, I do not always agree with what it says. I love FoF and I dropped the ongoing drama that gets high rating on Douban for it gets boring and weird for me.

I watched FoF because of MJTY.
I love TJR and RC there but not exactly their fans.
MJTY left me devastated so I hope FOF will give a bit of happiness, at least for ZYZ+WX.

The jerk's fault is that he pretended to love the princess to save his wife and child.
He seemed to ignore her first but then he had to pretend since she was his only way

Princess Longyu killed her father.
The CW jerk might be evil but he never planned for his friend (WX's dad) to die when he sent the poor man home to bring the medicine for his wife.

She did great as Wen Xiao and the chemistry with Neo is electrifying, sending off old marriage couple vibe, without even a single kiss.

There was a drama that started with a bang and before it ended, I wished it gave me a bang! Killed me from such ridiculous plots.
There was also an ongoing drama that I put on hold for its unruly storyline after some amazing early episodes. I slept in the middle of supposedly happy scenes.

FoF is a whole different level.
It started with a blast and remains captivating even with 2 days left.
The castline are perfect.
Who would have guessed that Neo was the spoiled brat in the DY when as Zhu Yan he looked just like the character, thousands years old great demon who just wished to die. His eyes and smiles even looked like he had seen too many things in his long life.

And kudos to Dudu for portraying the goddess in a weak human form. She might look like she would collapse anytime with her frail body but she was the smartest & most perceptive character in the story. She could look melancholy and cunning effortlessly.

Tian Jiarui is made for this character. ZYC was upright, kind & just. He was mature and innocent altogether. Lester Lin is an excellent 13-year old actor.
I love the comedy too, wrapped in sarcasm, smartly delivered. For me, this drama is the enhanced version of MJTY, which was beautiful and all dark. I am glad the the director added the funny moments to FoF. It has been making a wreck of me, laughing and crying and wanting more.
This drama is ending and I am crying 😭😭
