For one, I hope they will reveal the inaudible dialogue towards the end, that he said to her, what she replied. Watching it back her lips seem to say something with three words, or three syllables.

I loved Tempest from the very first second. I was over the moon when it was announced, especially since my absolute…
Perfectly said comment! Thank you! I thought the ending fit the overall theme well too. And glad that they kept it open-ended. I think it's very clear Sanho didn't die, but he had to keep his distance for many reasons. He would have been arrested in Korea for the the shootings, bombing etc no matter how justified. Even an American medal of honor awarded to him won't keep him from being arrested in Korea. He would also complicate Munju's life, the recording scandal would die down faster if he was "dead" than if he was by her side in public. Plus, she would have run away with him to the Gobi desert if he lived, and won't continue her destined journey to save the country. They both had to sacrifice for the greater good. So sad... but so fitting for the story!

everybody praised the drama for its romance lol. it’s finally some mature one without fishy kisses and weird…
I too was glad to watch an intimate scene that was mature, naturally developing, with deeply felt kisses. So tired of the fishy kisses.

i really need these two as the leads for another project again... even if it isn't a s2 for this series. on another…
Agreed! The leads had wonderful chemistry portrayed in a mature, organic manner. Kang Dong Won don't usually do romance, I think, at least not in recent works as he's usually in more quirky or artsy dramas. His Sanho was perfectly portrayed with vulnerability and strength, idealistic and practical. Jun Ji Hyun I tend to associate with rom-com or action-heist, but her portrayal of Mun ju was stoic, sincere and nuanced. I don't think I need S2, but an epilogue episode or a movie with Sanho's back story, and hopefully, their eventual meeting again would be wonderful. Clearly he did not die.
