I just want to remind the fans of Hidden Love, because I know how much hatred a drama can receive if a character is portrayed differently from the character they know-- if they found out that the Sang Yan of First frost will act differently to the Sang Yan they know in Hidden Love. And I wanted them to love the First Frost as is eventhough it cannot be denied that it was due to Hidden love that the First frost gained more attention and people waiting for its adaptation. So that when the First frost begin its airing, they will not be too disappointed and come to love the drama itself.

Actually, there is no problem with Victor Ma acting as Sang Yan in Hidden Love. No one denied his good looks or how well he played the Sang Yan in Hidden Love-- he actually portrayed the character better. However the Sang Yan in First Frost is different from the Sang Yan in Hidden Love. First Frost is clearly a novel that just shared the same universe as the Hidden love. Sang Yan, (the male lead) in First Frost is different from Sang Yan (supporting character) in Hidden Love. Please read the novel so that you will understand That's why if those people who are complaining, disrespecting or even trashing the actor who will play (still not confirmed yet) the Sang Yan in First Frost-- that the actor is not Victor Ma just because of his character in Hidden Love, please, try to read the First Frost too, as well as do some research as to reason why there are different actor playing as him, so that you can understand that they are two different people-- or two different novels. Because who you like is the Sang Yan in Hidden Love while others like the Sang Yan in First Frost. You cannot expect to see the Sang Yan you like in Hidden love in First Frost (unless they change the personality of Sang Yan in First Frost however this will lead for the avid fans of First Frost to trash the drama adaptation). Please treat the First Frost as a stand alone drama not linked to the Hidden Love so that you can understand that it is not necessarily wrong for having a different actor. Because if you just want to watch the First Frost so that you can get a glimpse of the main characters of Hidden Love or just want to see the Sang Yan in Hidden Love, you will be disappointed. Please support the First Frost, you can just imagine the drama as another story who has the same name as in the Hidden Love-- like a parallel universe (or like a drana who shared the same name?).
