HAHAHAHA people with shallow minded probably wont like this type of setting. i am an adult male who doesnt really like c-drama and the language spoken sounded too ancient and forceful unlike korea or japan language, sometimes had trying to watch c dramas but ended up dropped those early because they are too boring. BUT this too good. the chemistry between churan and yang yang is off the roof. helping by how churan is so freaking pretty and looks great as a doctor and yang yang manly face as firefighter, this drama is like the first drama i binged watched and feel giddy and smiling watching the main couple behavior. their pull-and-push romantic feelings felt real and the reason behind it is realistic (churan acting is on point, the weakness she felt in front of her mother and the dissapointment she had when she faced song yan because of her weakness, feel surreal). their arguments on their different life principle about a job and feel honourable isnt cringe and it gave the story quite different feeling like other typical romantic drama. actually, quite shocking for me at least because they arent argue about family or about 3rd person all the time. the slow development for me is like guilty pleasure, both song yan and xu qin behavior really irks me yet i dont want to see them reconcile fast and act giddy giddy all the time. i love their interaction. of course, at first it seems xu qin is like typical weak and pretty girl but during her meltdown scene..dammnn..i felt her. also, they realisticly know the circumstances, so the slow development is a must. there is no way song yan could just go and hug her after 10years of suffering. lol. so, guys...WATCH THE DRAMA FIRST.
