Same, I couldn't see myself enjoying the chemistry between TSJ and XY, I skipped most of their scenes.. His character is so bland and boring imo. But xiang lui he just nails the chemistry even I enjoy CX and XY..

I invested time in this drama, it didn't reach my expectations but I still kinda enjoyed it.. what is wrong with saying my opinion?

At this point some people can't even take others opinion, like I was reading some comments and in all of them atleast there is one person defending the drama and not accepting the truth.. I am not saying it is bad, TLI is enjoyable but its not perfect and some flaws are still there.. whenever someone states their opinion some people be like "you are spreading hate" "you are letting down ZL drama" like get a life.. As long as the opinions are valid and not spreading false hate it is our rights to talk abt any drama.. No matter whose drama it is. FOR ME THIS WAS A MEDIOCORE DRAMA AND WAS STILL ENJOYABLE, I DO RESPECT EVERYONES POV.

I ain't attacking TLI but just saying what I think.. The characters were clear and reasonable, we had alot more details in just 40 eps.. Everything seemed perfect. Coming to TLI nothing really caught me into it just watching for zhao lusi, also the characters development is not perfect, from 15 to 20 eps it seemed boring but from 20th it picked up. They could have put the mortal arc in those 15 to 20 eps

I wouldn't say this is related to ALP, since we didn't get to see lot of things.. eg- the god realm in alp..

A typical xianxia, nothing new.. For ALP I felt more connection between the characters but here all the things felt bland and rough, still enjoyed

It honestly started to get a bit boring from the 15th ep for me.. I started to speed through the ep a bit, I felt there is so many filler eps and some scenes they could have avoided instead. Its dragging alot tbh
