they showed scenes where ppl talking about how she got the job, the mom kept phoning the other head doctor and even drove him around a golf course talking about xu qin's job. he literally acted like her mom's minion. and what that old man said to her in the earlier episode, he probably knows how she got in bc he's the head doctor

anyway nobody denies xu qin's talent and skill and she deserved the job for sure, but it's pretty obvious that her mom got a hand in how she got the job in the first place.

of course she can get a job, i'm talking about that specific position at such a big hospital. in an earlier episode, when the head doctor (the old man) walked past her, he even said something about ppl who got to work at the hospital via connections and he was so cold to her.

later on she proved that she deserved the job, but her mom was def one of the big reasons why she got that position in the beginning
