Second, he realize he is just a small fry, there are a lot of people way powerful than him that can kill him easily. He needs to be scheming and powerful to survive. The MC just wants to live🤣 He is still discovering things and along the way he encounters enemies. Somehow I like this plot because it seems realistic to me and I have already watched a lot of reborn/revenge stories that I skip them now.

He is also good at using them. And ofcourse good at hiding them. Everyone wants treasure. He will be dead if he don't hide those items properly😁

Maybe depends on the Universe of the story. This one is Xianxia that is focused on cultivation. They are cultivators that cultivates to become immortal. They want to live forever. In the world of cultivation, death is normal to them. They fight for the limited resources and spiritual energy to ascend/level up.

Ppl with one spiritual root ascend the fastest. Ppl like him ascend the slowest bcoz they have lots of spiritual roots. Called fake/useless bcoz altho they have spiritual roots and can cultivate, they can't necessarily ascend bcoz it requires lots of energy and resources. And a lot of ppl with fake/useless spiritual roots didn't ascend to higher levels.
