I'm a little confused... wasn't she technically able to read the ML's mind in the first episode?
Yeah, that was really fucking weird. I think they were just giving it to us the viewer, but they did not make it clear that it was only being said for us. They made no noticeable distinction between the minds that she could hear and his which we were hearing. From what I’ve watched they absolutely had no fucking idea what to do or where to go with the mind reading portion.

How am I four episodes in which I understand is only 40 minutes and somehow her being able to read minds has been made into the most unremarkably boring thing ever. Whenever she has an issue, it’s not even her solving it via being able to read mine. She literally just exist to get saved by a man. There are zero interesting moments where she reads minds. Nothing interesting ever comes out of it. She never helps anybody with it. She never helps herself with it. It’s literally worthless to the story, and when you take that part out which basically the story takes it out for you it’s then just every single romance you’ve ever seen there’s nothing interesting happening. This is by far the most boring mind reading story I’ve ever heard of maybe the most boring superpower story I’ve ever heard of. They have found a way to make a girl being able to read mine be more boring than like a 37 hour lecture. It’s impressive how little her reading minds affects literally anything.

If you go into this for the fluff, it’s only slightly there. If you go into this for the mind reading portion, you’re going to get literally ZERO out of it.

I really really liked it and then it kept going. I don’t know that after wrapping up the story of him and the ex-girlfriend that he needed to then get the shit beat out of him a second time. I don’t entirely know why that part had to happen. It’s like they wrapped up every single story and then they said oh shit we still have to do more. Literally all they had left to do was go to a Christmas party him getting the shit beat out of him. Didn’t add a single thing to the story. I didn’t even feel bad for him. I just felt like oh they wrote for him to get the shit beat out of him a second time why did they do that so late into the story. It was a very weird way to kill time. Literally, the entire rest of the story is perfect, I just don’t understand why he had to get beat up, what it set up or was trying to say or portray to the viewer. If they wanted to show that he still had trauma about it, then he could’ve just walked away desperately, which is what he was Already doing. They were already portraying perfectly that he was traumatized about any sort of heated interaction on the street. he didn’t need to get beat up to get that point across lol.

God dammit episode 6 what the fuck. I hate when time is wasted like that. I don't need an entire episode in the past with this genre. There's no mystery, no action, literally nothing to be gained from seeing the past except a wasted episode that could be used advancing the already barely existing plot. I can't stand flashbacks that late into a series and this was an entire flashback episode. Just continue the damn romance going on in the present that I have been watching.
