I was never a fan of military dramas but this one right here changed my mind. This drama is exceptionally good, hard to predict, great story line and cast, wonderful, very mature characters unlike the usual childish ones we see often on cdramas. Strange I didn't know of this masterpiece but I'm glad I found it. I still don't know why it wasn't so popular It was a rollercoaster of emotions.
P.s. the last two episodes made me appreciate the military more. They risk their lives to protect the nation, however, power is not for the faint hearted.
I have been avoiding this drama due to the negative reviews. Due to the fact that I've watched almost all the popular xianxia, wuxia and xuanhuan dramas, I ran out of dramas to watch and then decided to try this one. Currently on episode 9 and I'm loving it. I don't understand all the negative reviews unless the episodes to come will be disappointing.
I am a huge fan of cdramas. Have been watching them for over 8yrs now and I can firmly say I've watched not less that 100 cdramas LBFAD is my favourite so far. The cast and OST were just so perfect. The power, sassy badass stare from Dylan W and his gorgeousness was just so perfect.
I keep on going back to watch it coz I can't get enough of it.
If you are a Xianxia lover as I am, this is a must watch.
I am always looking forward to scenes of professor Yu You and the niece. I love the couple more and I can't wait for them to be together. The professor has feelings for her but is afraid she's just playing with him....I wish they had more scenes. I love Dylan so much but the female lead keeps spoiling and making things slow. If it weren't for DylanW, I would have dropped this drama long ago.
