What was really puzzling was the paintings of Lin Yan and Shen Shao Guang at the ending.....because if she disappeared…
That’s what I was thinking like too much happened with the Shen family involved that removing them from everyone’s minds makes no sense. How does everyone think that Lin Yan solved the case then or how he got out of prison that confused me. But I think there’s always going to be holes like this with the time travel genre
The leads got together too late. But I love their romantic scenes after marriage was so lovey-dovey...So they…
Frrrrr this is my problem with time travel dramas I keep falling for the trap. They always want to leave it mysterious and nonchalant at the end like I want to see more scenes of the leads in the presenttttt I don’t need to make up my own story of them I need to know about their relationship if they have kids how their current diner is going likeeeeee
The ending with Lin Yan played into the food appreciation. Good food relies on a variety of tastes. Purely sweet…
Wow never thought of it this way how everyone seemed to get better As for Pei Fei and the Princess I’m pretty sure they went separate ways and Pei Fei married someone else. I don’t think the Shen family was related to the Princess at all in the end.
Oh my days who told me this was a comedy this was trauma. Wdym everyone forgot EXCEPT the male lead and female lead. Wdym the male lead couldn’t remember everyone’s names and MADE SHEN’S DINER IN CASE SHE CAME BACK AND ALSO SO HE WOULDNT FORGET HER. Wdym she watched him live his life all alone after they left. At least if everyone forgot including the male lead and female lead I wouldn’t be this sad. If this isn’t pure torture then idk what is. Like could they be happy for just one second. I needed more of their wedding scene and honestly I quite liked the ending scene. They looked so good but I need moreeeee. I also wish they could’ve found out who their real ancestor was early on. Like I know they wanted to have the “haha we got you” element which is why they revealed it so late but like she kept having the reject the male lead because of the whole ancestor thing like we could’ve had so many more scenes if they found out early on or if Shen Shaojie remembered earlier bruh😭😭😭 but this was a peak drama I loved it
I loved LYR’s acting in Blossom but wow I feel like his acting improved so much here and I think Lin Yan and Song Mo are pretty similar so I think it’s safe to say that. I feel like he was so expressive while also staying true to his character. And don’t even get me started on the female lead. I already knew she could ACT after twelve letters. Also Li ang??? Isnt he the same guy that played that quiet and crippled husband in new life begins??? He’s crazy versatile. Loved him in new life begins, hated him here. He did really good. Oh and I love Yu San. I knew I was going to like him from the moment he stepped out of that crowd
can somebody tell me when was huan er lang introduced in the story? i forgot about him and i cannot recall his…
Just looked at the cast and I’m pretty sure that’s the guy who came to Shen’s diner with the owner of Guixiang Tavern, Liu Feng, and was insulting the female lead. He was like judging her for working with her family and that ruining her chances of marriage and some other nonsense
I had to stop in the middle of Ep 29 to ask a question for the people that either finished the drama or Ep 29 So I just finished the scene where Lin Yan TRAPS Jicai in his home. It is just me or is it so hard to believe that he would do something like this? I mean in the previous eps he would almost always listen to what she said. Like I remember the time when she called him annoying and he said he would do as she wishes and keep his distance. I find it so hard to believe that he would take away her clothes and lock her up. I get that he was desperate but like I feel like it doesn’t match with green flag he was in the past eps and this is making feel confused about him. Am I misunderstanding something???
It was a well balanced drama between cliché and fresh story telling and character building. They wrote amazing…
This is what I loved too! During that contest for women which happens every year she did not throw shade on the more "feminine" jobs like sewing and cooking but embraced them and said that she enjoys those too
In the drama you will notice the men have 2 names: birth name and courtesy name.Courtesy name is an additional…
how come people called Song Mo by his name multiple times? Or was that when they weren't talking to him but about him. Though, Dou Zhao did call him by his name Song Mo a few times and Song Mo did the same to her soooo
