Gwang Cheol’s character is most likely the villain of the first season of MKP, Grady.
(I’m just gonna use the original names, it’s easier) Grady is the drug dealer who provides the drugs that Mary and Des. There’s an issue with Grady diluting the drugs because he suspects that Des is selling them on the side and undercutting his business. There’s an incident where Mary has to dispose of a new batch that Des just purchased. When Mary goes to buy them from Grady he’s immediately suspicious and makes her take a picture as insurance.
I’m pretty sure that’s her brother, as per the character chart.
I ran the character relationship map through a translator so it’s possible I’m not understanding the translation or cultural context but it says “Lee Jin Seok, Min Hyung’s older brother” . I think he’s the guy who was arrested in Min Hyung’s flashback.
