Of course, JC-T has a good relationship with all his co-stars. But no one can expect XTH to promote other people. And, after all, you naturally prefer to share things that you actually like. And if the rumors surrounding her agency are true... You cannot be a part of something malicious—willfully profiting from it—and still remain completely innocent. That is not how things work in real life.

I can absolutely understand why XTH is not promoting the main couple. Why would they—given all the drama surrounding her and her agency? And honestly, JC-T seems to have a really harmonious dynamic with Li Meng; it’s lovely to see how they interact off-camera. While I wouldn't "ship" them as a couple—since the story isn't about them, after all—even I now prefer seeing them together rather than the actual main couple. To be honest, I’ll be truly relieved once filming wraps, the series has aired, and no more drama comes from certain individuals.
How is one supposed to get excited about the romantic leads when there’s so much crap going on in the background?
However, I also don't like how XTH is acting toward his studio—with all their demands. I think his studio is doing a good job; they know what needs to be done, and they know what their boss actually wants and considers important.

I read somewhere that it's about money. Apparently, no/too little money was spent on his nomination. But I don't know if that's true; it could have been a translation error.

Come on, he only supposedly dated someone and didn't commit any crimes. If that's enough to make them feel bad about him... Who needs people like that?

If it were that simple, many truly tragic stories involving other celebrities would never have happened. JC-T doesn't need to explain anything to his fans, and his haters aren't interested in such a statement.

What can he even say? If I understood correctly, she didn't even mention his name herself. Others made the connection. Does he now have to respond to every vague post? I'm pretty sure his team is working behind the scenes. He should and must focus on himself. It's certainly draining enough as it is. And what if he actually reacts directly to her post? That could also be interpreted as: "oh, he's reacting to the post even though she didn't even mention his name. There must be something more to it."
That’s great news! Maybe that is also the reason why he attended IQIYI scream night.
But UtS2 wasn't even mentioned (let alone UtS3)?; the series didn't receive anything, and neither did JC-T for it. Only a few scenes were shown in the awards video... or did I miss something?

I guess that was the only reason he was there: to do a bit of publicity. The award was, once again, standard, just so they'd have something to give him because they didn't want to give him anything else.
Yet to watch last two episodes. So no contact and then happy ending?
It's mentioned that they want to stay in touch. It's never shown, though. But it feels just as strange as it did in "Doctor John," with all the cut-together scenes.
I'd really like to know if the last two episodes were really meant to be like this, or if they were changed at short notice... to make it better for the audience... a happy ending? Great...
I mean, it couldn't have been worse than this string of random scenes... with a rather strange ending...
I think the series is otherwise really good. But like with "Reborn Rich," the ending doesn't make me want to watch it again... It even reminds me of the stupid ending of "Doctor John." I really wish they'd done a good job with the ending this time. Song Joong Ki deserves better.
You can find (at least for now) the entire first episode + epilogue + livestream from yesterday's hi6 water game on the Hello Saturday Official YouTube channel, under "Live." It's the 4-hour long video.
