If it were that simple, many truly tragic stories involving other celebrities would never have happened. JC-T doesn't need to explain anything to his fans, and his haters aren't interested in such a statement.

What can he even say? If I understood correctly, she didn't even mention his name herself. Others made the connection. Does he now have to respond to every vague post? I'm pretty sure his team is working behind the scenes. He should and must focus on himself. It's certainly draining enough as it is.
And what if he actually reacts directly to her post? That could also be interpreted as: "oh, he's reacting to the post even though she didn't even mention his name. There must be something more to it."

But UtS2 wasn't even mentioned (let alone UtS3)?; the series didn't receive anything, and neither did JC-T for it. Only a few scenes were shown in the awards video... or did I miss something?

I guess that was the only reason he was there: to do a bit of publicity. The award was, once again, standard, just so they'd have something to give him because they didn't want to give him anything else.

We can only hope it will also be available internationally... It is already available for online reservations, but unfortunately not internationally.

It's mentioned that they want to stay in touch. It's never shown, though. But it feels just as strange as it did in "Doctor John," with all the cut-together scenes.

I'd really like to know if the last two episodes were really meant to be like this, or if they were changed at short notice... to make it better for the audience... a happy ending? Great...

I think the series is otherwise really good. But like with "Reborn Rich," the ending doesn't make me want to watch it again... It even reminds me of the stupid ending of "Doctor John."
I really wish they'd done a good job with the ending this time. Song Joong Ki deserves better.
