I have seen a lot but I guess because I didn't check before and didn't Know the actors before hand just going off by the first ep I genuinely thought he was an elderly figure. Not young 26 yrs old! What does my age have to do with me not finding a grandpa that is sickly and looks really old unsuitable for a romance with our fl!! Before even checking with the leads actual ages. I genuinely thought that he is one of the elderly actors and he is just the uncle and that his nephew is the ml. I really think they are very unsuitable! Very bad casting, this isn't even classified an older /younger woman i genuinely feel like he is a grandpa on the verge of dying.. One of my favorites ever I keep watching it over and over. Definitely you should throw any moral compass when watching but it's really good. A guilty pleasure! That irl is completely wrong but since it's a drama I just take it as fiction. Higly reccomend if you like these type of dramas but here are some trigger warnings
1. Ml is 15, a minor and the FL knows that from the first episode 2. LOTS of erotic scenes! Almost every episode, even the kisses are french kisses, some very mild nudity as well 3. Cheating, yes the FL cheats on her current trashy boyfriend but eventually leaves him
On the other hand here are things I liked
The FL and ml have great chemistry! Their romance feels natural and they are in a way soulmates despite the age gap The FL is very relatable society tells women that they should mature fast and the 30s come with a lot of expectations but some woman me included late twenties don't feel mature at all, I still feel like a kid inside and don't care to mature like other people or get married, have children ecc.. Also the work expectations she just wants to do something she loves which is movies Their story is portrayed in an artistic but realistic way as their lives get screwed by their relationship at one point
It has my same complaint with the last immortal looks super cheap, the colors are really bad!! The cgi is a joke as well.. You would think with popular actors more money would be invested in this but oh well
