I partly agree with you, the best is good features and good acting. I mean the female lead is good at acting and good looking so I don't think it's hard to cast such people honestly they just don't care to do so.. I am not saying cast an eunwoo type of visual but charming and passable since it's a thriller..so I am honestly not asking for much..
