The idea that someone who has been shut down for a year , is waiting for the other half to return and that the feelings don't change with distance and no communication at all ...is, you know ... comical at best ..LOL

It had to be a happy ending, obviously ...but the twist the writers decided to go, wasn't the best option. She put inside the same bag all the crooked family relationships and the only healthy relationship that supported her, and decided to get her own life shutting them all for 12 months.

Anyways, the viewers got what they wanted

The ending is not reasonable ... how can they co-exist no the same friends group..
