Whoever is in hurry like mi seon in a foreign country, can drop.. Its normal..although writer could have ignore…
I would have dived in and saved those pics haha Also like bribery is literally a fireable offence they’re literally hugging Ma Jin and jumping for joy after he’s free like GUYS he RUINED your entire deal by doing something illegal how have you not sacked him yet
I like the show overall but ppl make some really idiotic choices and mistakes in the show. Who tf signs their eyes away?? Who drops important photos in a random lake?? Keep in your pocket ffs 😭 who thinks that bribing a customs official in a foreign country is a good idea???? Typhoon company is filled with idiots and at this point it’s tough to root for them 😭
lmao not understanding the nuance of Korean 1997 slice of life characters, especially in the workplace
?? I get the nuance of a person like Ma Jin existing. But why isn’t the CEO doing anything about it? That’s not a 1997 coded character lmao that’s just a weak man. The ML shouldn’t be that…
I’m on episode 8 and this Ma Jin guy is making me so angry. But what I think is worse is that Tae Poong isn’t doing anything to stop it and he just makes this apologetic face whenever Ma Jin says something sexist. Men like Ma Jin exist but men like Tae Poong who let it slide are almost as bad
Weak af leading man, do better for the girl you like
Oh Mi seon should just go work for Cha-ran, she’d literally be paid thrice lmao
THE MISCOMMUNICATION IS STARTING TO PULL MY HAIR OUT KDKDKSKK
I really want to watch this drama but the miscommunication trope is something I HATE. Is it the kind where easily resolvable things and misunderstandings just don’t get sorted bcs the leads don’t talk to each other about it???
This season PISSED me the fuck off and I’m saying this as someone for whom Sweet Home season 1 made their top kdrama list.
Everything wrong with this season - 1. Killing off beloved Season 1 characters like Ms Cha, and Yi-kyung. She was literally one of the leads. 2. Introducing an all-powerful monster human hybrid and then completely failing to capitalise on the character. 3. Unnecessary side characters that add nothing to the storyline - what was the damn point of that priest and that woman he was with? 4. Cutting out important scenes like Hyun soo turning Yeong su back into a human and Eun-Yu turning into a monster. Now THAT would have been interesting. 5. Completely skipping past all the Hyunsoo Eunyu romance angle they’d built up over the last TWO seasons. 6. Did anyone notice how the music was bleh this season? We had BeWhy and imagine dragons in season 1 during the fight scenes and honestly, some may find that corny but that’s what made sweet home unique. 7. Getting Lee Jinwook’s real character back for like 5 SECONDS and then killing him off 8. Random plot holes. Like why did that villain guy burn to death in jinwook’s body but not in the one before his? Fire is fire right? 9. Randomly introducing abilities - I didn’t even realise when Hyunsoo learnt how to turn monsters into humans. Found out much later.
Shitty writing, poor character growth, and a rushed and empty ending. They started out 10/10 and ended with a fizzle. I’m bummed, I recommended Sweet Home to so many people when it came out and now…man it’s just so bad 10.
I was one of the people who really liked this drama when it started out and even left a comment supporting it. But I’m sad to say that this drama went completely off the rails. It had such a great set up for comedy- a guy who is forced to be honest!! But they could not use this plot well at all. This aspect was the highlight of this drama- to the extent that the title is based on it- but the writers completely forgot about it and started some single’s inferno type shit. Sure, I don’t mind that either. But there was NO comedy there. It felt like watching a low budget version of a dating show. Go Kyung Pyo is trying his hardest but that’s all I can say. This drama had so much potential but the writers ruined it. Get some talented writers for next time, man!
Many kdramas have played with that trope…FL hides secret baby from 2ML. Such as When the Camellia blooms, Was it Love…I hate this trope but it does exist :/
