Xu Kai and Yang Zi had good chemistry and conveyed their characters well and they defined the drama. The FL's mother was so annoying with outdated views thinking marriage would solve everything despite how her daughter feels. I don't know how her family could repeatedly put up with her antics which constantly causes unnecessary problems. Her husband, being too docile and can't even stand up to her. But I liked his chill attitude so his kids can solve their own problems without parents interfering. I really liked the grandma, she's so wise, smart and lets them figure out what they need to do with just enough advice. FL's best friend was a nice protective character that she can bounce ideas off.
FL is 32 yrs old yet still lives at home, doesn't know how to cook, but rather spills her problems about her boyfriend to a guy she just met on a blind date rather than trust in her friends' opinions at the start.. She seems more immature than the ML as he lives alone even though he's younger, is independent, knows how to cook etc.. The 2ML's strategy to win her over forcefully by inserting himself into her work, family life etc. seems so desperate and pathetic yet the FL doesn't get it. Midpoint of this drama, it seems so obvious and annoying and the FL is so blinded by the 2ML's strategies that her character became a bit annoying. While she doesn't have much experience about love & relationships, she has friends who went through relationships, experiences in life, she is also a boss so you would think she's capable and knowledgeable to put 2 & 2 together about the intentions of the 2ML.
"My Journey to You" is a must watch drama especially for Cheng Lei as Gong Shangjue and I love the best duo Cheng Lei and Tian Jiarui, loyal brothers!!
Excited to finally meet Cha Eunwoo as Lee Woonjung & Park Eunbin as Eun Chaeni in Netflix’s The WONDERfools as flawed superheros SOON! Can’t wait to watch this drama!!
Great news, looking forward to watching this comedic take on a venture with high school friends on a adventure to Thailand! Exciting cast with Kang Ha Neul and Cha Eunwoo, love this combination with HaNeul in "Midnight Runners" and Eunwoo in "Wonderful World".
Park Eunbin & Cha Eunwoo in a super hero drama where both can't seem to control their powers and misfit happens! This seems interesting, saw Castaway Diva and Wonderful World and both were great portraying their respected roles in the dramas! We can't wait!!
Episode 1 was very heartwrenching and the guilty guy got away because he had connections so that was terrible & upsetting. The stare down between NamJoo & Cha Eunwoo's characters on the street was very intense & makes you wonder why, what happened in the past? Also, the woman and her kid in the neighborhood looks awfully suspicious. The cast is great and looking forward to Cha Eunwoo and NamJoo's characters to interact.
Ep. 3 was so fun to watch and it was hilarious to see Haena help divert any dog situation so Seowon doesn't end up in the same room as the dog. Love the Seowon, Yul and Haena relationship and how they take care of each other in their own way. Don't like the 1 day a week episode (hope they reconsider and bring back the 2 ep per week like the other dramas) and Ep. 4 won't air for 2 weeks due to a baseball game or some sporting event. Hopefully it is temporary because this drama is a nice and fun rom-com to watch, brightens my Wednesday! So far it is ranking #1 on Netflix Korea last week and #1 on Viki on many countries for the episodes so it's doing well internationally.
AGDTBAD is a fun filled drama and the cast is great, however, the 1 episode a week right in a dead zone for dramas is not a good spot. It made #1 on Netflix Korea and #1 on Viki, Viu for international views in many countries. Lets hope they change their minds and can get the standard 2 episodes per week.
AGDTBAD is so fun to watch and all the actors did well representing their characters! I especially like the dynamic between Jin, his nephew Yul and Haena! However, Bogyeom seems a bit mysterious so we shall see. The only negative thing about this is the one episode per week and I wish they had the proper 2 episodes per week instead of using this drama as an experiment to try to revive a dead timeslot for dramas.
