the one who doesn't understand your comment is me at no time did I criticize Jack and Joker, first because I think the duo is one of the best in Thailand, if not the best, second point BL is a limited niche, I know there is a dark school kdrama called weak hero, what I'm saying is that people must be wanting to watch other things besides the Bls they always make from school, college or office with unfunny comedy.

"I’m genuinely curious what’s up with so many people wanting so much dark realistic drama EVERYWHERE. " Because most of the BLs they make are school, office or college ones and tend to be bland comedies, maybe people want more kinnporshe and less “we are(gmmtv)” and the like.
