I'm aware of his biography, and in my opinion, 'We Are' and 'Perfect 10 Liners' are only successful if I can put it that way thanks to PondPhuwin, PethSanta, JuniorMark, and ForceBook. The fandoms of these people would engage with literally anything. In my view, those series are, at best, average. I remember when 'Fourever U' was airing and people were complaining a lot about the screen time of the Pond and Coehert couple, while the other couple had very little screen time. They complained so much that the original author of the novel came forward to say it wasn’t her fault because she had submitted a different script. New even left Twitter because of how much he was being insulted. For me, despite the number of series he has in his portfolio, all of them are at most average. I don’t see him doing something like KinnPorsche, Top Form, Reset, I Told Sunset About You, My Stand-In, Last Twilight, etc.

Now you have a point, I don't think it makes sense for me to stay close to someone who treats me badly in my last days of life. And it doesn't help at all to end the curse.

This BL is horror movie style, but for those who are used to this type of story, it's not very scary. You'll be impressed if you don't usually watch this type of story, and it has that dynamic that DMD loves, with clearly defined top/bottom roles. One is super strong, even with powers, and the other has to be saved at every moment.

Obviously, we can't be intransigent and we know that everyone has different tastes, but I don't like this cliché, or stereotype, whatever you want to call it. I've read about 1,000 books in my life, most of them heterosexual romances, and I've never liked silly women who have to be saved, let alone men. I'm not going to criticize it every second, but I really don't like it, and I don't read those manga for that reason.
