After seeing drama, I understand why they didn't choice top tier/Raising actress for FL role.

But they chosen top actor for ML and SML roles.

WOE choose (Im Se Mi) 2FL tier actress for this drama.(director knows top / Raising actress will not chose FL character ) so had to go with Secondary level actress.
