I'm so happy we've reached 1/4 of the story and it's still the start. 40 eps need a strong core to keep them interesting. So far we've just scratched the surface.

Halfway through ep9 and I keep pausing bc I 'm laughing so hard I'm missing the subtitles!

I like the FL's murderous streak. NH was despicable in the script and he also tried killing her multiple times in every way possible. Why should she feel sad for his tragic backstory? At least she's not turning into one of those dumb short drama FL's that feel for the ML's pain even though they've been tortured, humiliated and raped. She tried colluding with him first and yet all he did was try to kill her. Serves him right

There was a whole episode where he tried to kill her multiple times. It's not just the script.

He uses the 2nd FL to get intel on his brother. He saved her (first life his brother saved her) and has her sleep with and tortured by his brother to get what he wants.She's the one who killed them in their first life so he feels he's excused to treat her like that

Judging by the trailer the FL will die some more in the upcoming episodes, right?

Why is there no preview of the upcoming episodes?

It's probably some deviation or bc she's the tragic FL ,destined to die, she never got those pages bc they never had to do with her

I hope they don't put that in the drama bc technically that's rape. Imagine if the FL was treated like that. Thinking she's sleeping with her husband when it's his servant doing the deed. I know they 're pawns but they deserve the decency of having control over their bodies. It's a drama, not a historical documentary

This. I 'm so used to dramas having the eldest generations multimarried, with evil stepmothers and neglected wives/concubines that the idea of an ML in the "script" position of a drama father is a turn off.

He has a wife already?Can someone spoil it for me? He has a legitimate wife, she's the concubine and then what? He'll fall for her and divorce the wife? That's so unfair to the wife

It surprised me too, but she always seems not to care. Still, I hope the ML is not endgame. She's too into face card, going as far as denying giving an amulet to the other boy bc he's not handsome enough.

The ML is taking advantage of the 2FL and the FL finally acknowledged it(at least I'm not the only one). Second life second chances but he carries the past grudges. Awful judge of character. He literally has her prostituted to the villain. Really now? I'm waiting for his comeuppance. Good thing the FL doesn't trust him
