If it doesn't resonate with you don't keep watching. I love it bc it redefines the same clichés the plot is built around. And the main leads are very mature, behaving like real people. If you're into drama, fate defying leads, delusional villains and a love story bigger than life, then no this is definitely not your cup of tea.

Give it a chance and see how it goes. It's always best to judge for yourself. I found the story detailed, nuanced and symbolic, revolving around themes such as love, freedom, religion and racism.

Kill me Love is trauma. I loved the ending bc it couldn't have been different IMO but I can't rewatch it bc it makes me break down in tears. I agree about the villain though. There was no redeeming behaviour that could excuse his "benevolent" punishment
