I was afraid to be disappointed by the fact the ML is the cop but the SML has absolutely no acting skills so now…
i like to think of him as insane like fr so far gone that he just stares like that but it also might just be bad acting skills and me reading too much into it ðŸ˜
I'm honestly getting bored already with some of the scenes, just a lot of side stories that don't necessarily…
istg there's just so many storylines for no reason at all. i hate to admit but FL and 2ML have crazy chemistry ( mby it's just coz he smiled) but as a ong seungwo fan i'm very biased and think they also have good chemistry. Although if you think about they had like 20 minutes max screen time together so....
Ok so firstly: the leads are GREAT, namsoon can get a little too "bubbly" but she gets away with it most of the time THE MOTHER : idc i hate her so much like she takes up most of the shows run time with weird acting, unnecessary plots ( istg if she dramatically whips her hair out of that helmet one more time im gonna loose it) - she is rude to her son ( ik they're for shadowing a plot line but still) the "FEMINISM" : i genuinely don't understand what the writers thought they were doing with this. They try to show equality by having the mother and grandma beating up ppl and being smug about it. It irks me how they instead of voicing their concerns about different things, just stand there and then yeet people to the stratosphere. With no consequences whatsoever. the grandma : the character herself said how she is sad that older couples are not represented in tv. Generally they are kinda cute they just have too much screen time
IN CONCLUSION: the lead couple desperately NEEDS SCREEN time, not just as a couple but also as individual characters like we don't see them at all . They should've focused more on namsoon and heeshik ( THE LEAD CHARACTERS) trying to solve the drug thing with the mom helping them with her resources and connections the second storyline could've been Namins caffe = his struggles with weight and how everyone is literally AWFUL to him, plus the grandma, and the father
