I think Yoon Ena is the murderer.

I also think that the psychologist somewhat knows and is suspecting about Ena's condition but is not sure that she is the killer

Ikr! I have no idea what he did on his audition and how the directors and producers must have selected him. Like you can clearly see that all the other actors in Pitbabe act better than him. I had the same observation, but everyone keeps on just lashing out on me saying that it's his first time acting and we are just being too critic of it. Which I did understand but still he and Babe just doesn't have it somehow. People just want to support an actor based on their face card.
