Yes exactly,
Both of them love eAch other deeply. Like the only reason Vee gave up on San was because he though the girl was Ms Wad and only she can save San and him being with San only calls for trouble. Meanwhile, San might be a bit startled when Wad's lookalike suddenly appeared but he clearly knows that he loves Vee now, and the other way around. He sure understands Vee's motives for stealing the stone. I am sure he would have given Vee the stone willingly too without caring about his life to save Vee's grandma. 😭😭
Their love is soo eternal but heartbreaking due to circumstances

Yes, That secret. I think San understands kindsa but still wants to have a talk with Vee as he is in desbelief and knows that Vee's love for him wasn't fake. He didnt do all that just for the stone.
