Title Marry My Husband: Japan Spoiler
I think the final confrontation between Reina and Misa could've been better. Misa should've spoken more about Reina's lies and mistreatment. Though it's true that Misa also enabled her behaviour, it doesn't make Reina's behaviour any right. Misa wouldn't have known Reina had bad family circumstances if Reina had lied about it. She was a child too. I wish she would've said something like "You never showed me your real self to even feel bad for you" when Reina accused her of not thinking about her. You cannot expect someone to know you're in pain if you don't show the pain.

And when Misa told Reina she killed her once, I wish she gave the full picture. All these would've made Reina realize how bad of a friend or person she was.

Reina was a villain created by her childhood and deserves some pity but it doesn't make her any less of a villain.

I was excited to start this cos people said its similar to Semantic Error in chemistry and I can see why they think that. But I think thats mostly thanks to the ML (KJU). The actor did a great job conveying the emotions and chemistry. But I have to say the MC (HJW) was a disappointment. IDK if its the actor or the character but its just awkward (not in the cute way they try to tell us). The time he takes to speak each sentence is just awkward. The second hand embarassment wouldve been much more bearable if the acting was good.

Overall its a little juvenile tbh. But its not a bad watch for those who don't mind said issues.

I'm conflicted about this drama. There's a lot of times I just can't stand the MLs... they may seem very insignificant but it infuriates me. Like the first ML lecturing the 2nd sister about her being jealous and shrewish (He doesn't have the right to lecture a woman who's not even his direct sister in law mind you), or when the 2nd and 3rd sisters are kidnapped and they pretend to be the kidnappers even after rescuing them (the fact that what drives them to do it is that they want the girls to be obedient). There's a lot of ways these issues could be solved but the MLs insist on choosing the most misogynistic and arrogant solutions.

Maybe I'm expecting too much but I have seen dramas and read novels set in ancient China that have MLs who are at least willing to do better after falling in love. If they want to show the realistic situations of that time, I still think there's a better way to showcase it

I have read this novel and was excited to see it be adapted into a live-action but failed to deliver the same mood as the novel. Now, I understand that it's only an adaptation. Still, Ling Miao Miao seemed ditzy in the series while in the book, she's more of a dry humor, smart kind of girl who's also somehow more mellowed than her series counterpart. I liked that her character was not a jumping monkey kind of character but still delivered good humor with her remarks. Series Miao Miao is more... cutesy and cringe tbh. But again, this is just my opinion. I do see it's a well-produced series though. I can see why it's so popular but I think it's a tad bit overrated.
