That's not how it works. No Actor would double his/her fee within 2 years, it would make them unreasonable to work with. The only actor who has charged that much is Song Kang Ho for Uncle Samshik.

Most A listers (Ji chang wook and Song joong ki for example) charge between 200m to 400m won per episodes with few exceptions. Even if he charged 500m his total fee for 8 episodes would still be 4 billion won.
