What do you mean by always? He has mostly worked with pretty well-known writer/directors maybe not the most popular but still they weren't nobodies.
- The scrrenwriter of 'Empress Ki' also wrote 'Giant', which is a huge hit in korea crossing 60% vievership rating (The biggest hit of JCW crossed 44% rating).
- Following year he starred in 'Healer' scripted by writer Song Ji Na who has given two of the highest rated korean shows of all time which has shaped korean television ('Eyes of Dawn' and 'Sandglass').
- The writer of 'Melting me Softly' previously worked on 'Strong Woman Do Bongsoon'.
- 'Backstreet Rookie' director's previous work was 'Fiery Priest', again a huge hit drama in korea.
- Director of 'Sound of Magic' has given multiple hits from 'Dream High' to 'Itaewon Class' and same goes for 'Lovestruck in the City' director.
- 'Welcome to samdalri' director's previous work 'when the camelia blooms' won a Daesang at Baeksang Awards and even the writers previous work were successful.

Given that this is a Japanese drama, it will most likely be 10 episodes of 40mins each. Writer won't have to drag the plot like in divorce insurance, also reading the reviews of semantic error seems like it had a fast moving plot as well. So I guess we can still be excited (but keep the expectations low).
