Have you watched ep 5 and 6 if yes then I can give you more explanation if not then I would suggest you watch…
Thank you so much for your detailed explanation! I understand everything much better now.
I appreciate how you clarified Lee Ji Yeong's situation, especially the idea that she didn't actually kill her boyfriend but was trying to help him after the accident. The concept of the three-day tradition and the connection between the living and the dead adds a fascinating layer to the story.
I also found your insights about the light shop and its significance in limbo really enlightening. It makes sense that the light represents hope and the possibility of moving on, and I see how the characters' journeys reflect their unresolved connections to their pasts.
Overall, your breakdown of these themes has helped me grasp the nuances of the drama much more clearly. I'm excited to see how everything unfolds in the last episodes!

Yeah i have watched ep 5and 6, I understand that there’s somehow a connection between the characters (the strangers and normal people) , and that these so-called “Strangers “ are the people who get the bus accident who are now lying in the hospital unconscious, and somehow idk their spirits are wandering and lingering around the people they care mostly. Kwon Yeong Ji Was also like that but she recovered as she said. But what’s the meaning of the light shop and Ju Ji Hoon Jung Won Yeong, they don’t make a sense for me , at first I thought he was like a guardian who guards people from the strangers , but that’s not, then what’s his role??
And Lee Ji Yeong killed her self and not unconscious lying the hospital, if she’s dead then why she is wandering, and why she killed her boyfriend?? Although they don’t show her killing him, but i think she did , and she don’t look like she cares about him.
Idk if I’m missing something, there is something missing about this drama, and i will see how things unfold in the last two episodes. My English isn’t that good so be understanding please
I've noticed a concerning trend in K-dramas where the influence of Western culture seems to be leading to more explicit sexual scenes. Traditionally, K-dramas have been known for their unique storytelling and cultural nuances, often focusing on romance without relying heavily on sexual content. However, it feels like this shift is increasingly mirroring Western series, which often prioritise sexual themes.
While I appreciate the evolution of storytelling, I can't help but feel disappointed by this change. It raises questions about whether these decisions are driven by a desire for greater viewership and revenue, rather than a commitment to the rich storytelling that defines the K-drama industry.
For fans who value the original charm and cultural integrity of K-dramas, it's disheartening to see content that seems more focused on sensationalism than on the deep, meaningful narratives that once captivated us. I believe there's still a vast audience that appreciates the traditional aspects of K-dramas, and I hope the industry will consider this perspective as it continues to evolve.
