Gjm's accusations are not new, so he can't be a very good person. He's just talented and influential and everyone continue working with him. Either the rumors are exaggerated or he really boosts their career in terms of growth or versatility otherwise no one would work with him.

It wasn't from the film industry but the entertainment industry really can't be trusted.
Do you mean the unhealthy stress on set? If so, then unfortunately both TJR and Yanan faced it already. Yanan had collapsed on vos set and needed a trip to the hospital. TJR was put on strict diet of buckwheet noodles only which turned his body all bones and made his face swollen. And his hypothermia on FOF set is a famous incident. Temperature had fallen to freezing levels and he had him shoot an underwater scene for extended period of time at night without warming the water pool. Because the fishes wouldn't adjust well to warmer temperatures and the scene wouldn't look natural. By the time the shoot ended, TJR couldn't even move on his own to get out of the pool because he was frozen and shaking uncontrollably.

Many of his agency actors always get consistently casted in his works, whether movies, dramas or mini series but no one cries about them because they aren't considered a threat to the rest.

You don't have to worry about the directors future because he had been casting big actors/actresses since way before most of the now big actors/actresses even debuted or did anything big. He will continue casting whoever he wants and they will voluntarily keep signing with him as they always did.
You clearly have a problem with just one actor here otherwise you would have known the significance behind what that simple fox did for all the important ones for so long. If he was the 10th dragon son you would have said why the rookie was given such a big role where he is getting protected and given power so he finds his purpose by the roles of his far popular industry seniors.
